The Outstanding Balance Due is sent when there is no answer on the Fail Payment Notification. Our Billing team will send you these notifications if there’s an issue collecting payment on your installment plan. If you fail to answer the Outstanding Balance Due email, the Billing team will then send you the final notice email.
