How can I apply using Guild’s sponsorship letter?

To apply with Guild credit, you may follow these steps:

1. Send us the three-page Guild Sponsorship Letter. (EXAMPLE)
2. We also need your:

• • first name,
  • last name, 
  • email, 
  • phone number,
  • city and Region,
  • LinkedIn Account,
  • name of your current company,
  • details on the course you wish to take:
    • start & ending date,
    • start & ending time,
    • instructor’s Name,
    • course type (PMC. SPMC or PLC).
